My Philosophy:

I believe that every person is a unique composition of all the lives they’ve encountered, and that everyone is able to learn from these relationships to grow into a fuller version of themselves — sometimes, a “better” version than you think is possible.

My journey was defined by the transition from elementary to high school, when I learned from school that I was undesirable, immature, and inadequate. Hurt and embarressed, I turned towards cynacism, not daring to take risks.

Experience:

I started working as an academic coach at Northfield Mount Hermon School in 2023, combining writing tutoring with time management strategies, executive function skills, and emotional literacy.

I’ve served as an advisor two cohorts of middle and high school students, and lead an outdoor adventure program that investigated the core qualities of good leaders.

As a coach, my goal is to help you become the person you want to be while honoring who you are. Fundamentally, I know that you don’t need me to tell you what to do. You’re going to figure that out on your own. I also know it can be painful, slow, and challenging to figure all this out on your own. What if you had someone to share the journey with — someone to support you, to listen, to offer perspectives, tools, and practices to transform your inner life and cultivate strong relationships of authentic integrity all around you?

I bring a background in meditation, mindfulness, chi gon, nature work, and relational storytelling. I am also currently learning about IFS, VIEW, metta mediation, somatics practice, and more.
